Welcome to Shellharbour Scuba & Photography, the premier Scuba Diving International (SDI) shop based in the heart of Shellharbour Village. As the only SDI instructor training centre in the Illawarra, we offer unparalleled expertise and training for divers of all levels. Mick

Owner/Operator

Mick Has been diving Bass point for over 20 years. His knowledge of the local dive sites as well as dive equipment and servicing is second to none. He is also one of our tec instructors, group tour leader and photographer extraordinaire.

Bonnie

Instructor

Scuba instructor, underwater model, mermaid and freediver, Bonnie has a lot of knowledge and experience to share, and a passion for hunting down macro.

Robert

Instructor

Our instructor of the instructors and service technician, Robert has had over 35 years of experience in the diving industry. An avid underwater photographer and videographer, Bob can offer professional advice for any new or experienced diver.

Miguel

Instructor

Miguel is an enthusiastic PADI/SDI instructor who loves to share his passion for the ocean with his students. Miguel is also a PFI basic freediver instructor and is keen to introduce new students to this fantastic sport.

Kathy

Manager

Office slave and administration minion. Kathy is our go to person for any issues you might have diving locally or overseas.

Sophie

Divemaster

Sophie is an Illawarra local, fresh from her adventures in Thailand were she got the bug to go pro in scuba diving. Since she has been with Shellharbour Scuba, Sophie has been leading our snorkel tours and moving towards her instructor certification.

Shellharbour Scuba & Photography is conveniently located only 1½ hours from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra – you can dive, shop, hire or travel with the team – the perfect getaway for couples or a weekend of fun with the kids!
